Certified Coding Specialist Program by American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA)
The Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) Program consists of 590 hours of classroom training conducted every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and one day of classroom or simulated training throughout the week, over a period of only eight (8) months that prepares students to become a hospital-based coder.
Students completing the coding certificate program are eligible to sit for the CCS and/or CCS-P examination administered by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).

Certified Professional Coder Course by American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC)
The Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Course consists of 256 hours of classroom training conducted one day per week, every Saturday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, over a period of only eight (8) months, which prepares students to become a physician-based coder.
Students completing the coding certificate program are eligible to sit for the CPC examination administered by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).

Advanced / Transitional CCS Exam Preparation Boot Camp Course
This program consists of 144 hours of classroom review and practice examinations conducted one day per week, every Saturday from 8:00 AM - 4: 30 PM, over a period of 18 weeks. This class is designed to prepare trained and experienced coders to take the CCS examination administered by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). This is also for CPC credentialed coders or hospital based outpatient coders who like to become inpatient coders. Hands on 3M Encoder training will be provided. In addition, RNs, LVNs, and other healthcare professionals who have taken college level anatomy/physiology and terminology will qualify for this class.

For coders with CCA/CCS-P/CPC/CPC-H/RHIT/RHIA, this course will help students learn how to code IP charts and enhance coding skills. Learn DRG optimization, OSHPD abstracting for IP, and improve documentation skills.
