Our History
AE & Associates, LLC was started in 2000 by a husband and wife medical (physician and nurse) team. Arnold and Ester Ardevela began the company in response to a growing need for interim staffing of credentialed healthcare professionals in the Inland Valley. AE & Associates has grown steadily over the years and currently provides services to a large HMO, county facilities, and independent hospitals and clinics throughout California.
AE & Associates, LLC is distinguished by its use of only credentialed health information professionals. Many of the company's credentialed coders are trained physicians and nurses who have studied medical record coding at the TriCounty Allied Health School in Corona, California.
